Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Be free from signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Special-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

European Union Customers

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation.

Refund Process

After your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval:
