Shipping Costs

From time to time, WillowBayLiving may offer free shipping promotions. Promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

WillowBayLiving is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property.

  2. Contacting household members or neighbors.

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that WillowBayLiving cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability, warehouse locations, or package size restrictions.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise specified.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
